FAQ's

Unless stated otherwise all of our fish is fresh, usually received by us on the morning your order is dispatched and is perfect for home freezing. Fresh fish is dispatched vacuum packed and for best results can be frozen in the pack you receive it in. 

We source fish from all the major UK ports, so are not dependant on one market or landing. we can usually supply most things so if you cant see what you want give us a call, its free and we will be happy to help!

Fresh products need to be kept refrigerated and in the vacuum pack they are dispatched in will keep fresh for 3-4 days. if you want to keep it longer simply drop it in the freezer!

Frozen products need to be placed in the freezer as soon as possible and will usually be at their best for 3 months.

Orders are usually processed on the day they are received and dispatched the following day, subject to availability. We will always confirm when your order is on its way.

We do not dispatch on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
